Interactive Geography Trivia Game for Kids (iOS and Android)

I contributed to the development of Dora’s Worldwide Adventure, an educational app designed to make geography fun and engaging for preschoolers. Inspired by the iconic NickJr. series, this app combines exploration, trivia, and puzzles to help children learn about countries, cultures, and landmarks. My key contributions to this project included:

Game Design & Educational Integration:

• Co-designed interactive features that introduce children to world geography, including identifying landmarks, cultural icons, and animals from various countries.
• Designed gameplay mechanics that enhance learning, such as trivia questions, puzzle-solving, and picture-taking to reinforce educational content.
• Ensured the app maintained the core values of the Dora the Explorer brand by promoting curiosity, cultural appreciation, and problem-solving skills.

Team Collaboration & Creative Direction:

• Worked closely with artists, animators, and developers to bring Dora’s vibrant world to life, creating an engaging and visually appealing experience for kids.
• Partnered with NickJr. to align the app’s design with the educational goals and character-driven storytelling of the original series.

This project exemplifies my ability to design educational games that balance fun and learning, highlights my skill in creating immersive and developmentally enriching experiences for young audiences while staying true to beloved characters and their educational mission.
