As Head of Product, I contributed to the development of Hidden Pictures Puzzle Play, a digital adaptation of Highlights’ famous Hidden Pictures puzzles. Designed for players of all ages, the app combines classic seek-and-find fun with cognitive benefits.

Key Contributions:

• Translated the iconic Hidden Pictures puzzles into an engaging digital experience while preserving their charm and educational value.
• Developed gameplay features like daily challenges, unlockable content, and puzzle races to keep users engaged.
• Managed a team of artists and animators, collaborating closely with puzzle experts and developers to create a high-quality, interactive experience that stayed true to the Highlights brand.
• Designed and optimized the subscription model through A/B testing and created a smooth onboarding experience with a free trial.
• Improved the First-Time User Experience (FTUE) with iterative design and testing.
